Can I supply my own shirts?
You absolutely can! However we cannot guarantee prints on garments not supplied to us by our vendors. Also garments must be cotton or polyester.
I'm not sure what I want for a logo, can you design one for me?
Yes, we would love to! All you will need to do is get in contact with us and describe the the image you see in your head. We will work on artwork and send you proofs. You are allowed to make changes to the design, after all we want you to love your design. Once artwork is approved we can move forward with printing, sublimating or whatever your need is.
How quickly can I get my order?
Depends on your order. Some jobs are more complex than others and require more time to print. Our standard turnaround time is 10 business days. Turnaround time starts when your deposit is received and your artwork is approved.
What is the Deposit?
All jobs require a deposit of 50% of the total price. This can be paid with cash at our shop, You can also pay over the phone with a credit card, or you can pay with a check.
*Please note that checks can take 5-7 business days to clear.
I would like to place a re-order?
Excellent! We do not charge you an additional setup fee. However, if your order was 2 colors or more, and you're ordering less than 12 shirts for your re-order, we do charge a press registration fee of $10 per color.
I need a refund?
Like most custom print shops, we do not offer refunds on any custom print job. We take every step necessary to make sure that your order is exactly what you want. With every job, we send out a proof of how your design will look when printed. This must be ok'd before we print. We do not guarantee exact color matches. We are not responsible for any manufacturer defects in garments and apparel. We also cannot guarantee any prints on customer provided garments. In the very unlikely event that ink washes out of your shirts (shirts provided by us) within 14 days of being printed, we will reprint the order. However, the shirts must be returned and inspected by one of our reps.
